How do I place an order through your site?Browse the list of products in the site. Click and select the type of product and/or variant that you want Select Add to Cart Click Checkout or Buy Now on your Cart Fill-out the details needed for the shipment Choose a payment method (Credit, Debit, Retail Store, e-wallet etc.) An order confirmation will be received via email Wait for the delivery of the product.

Why was my package undelivered/undeliverable?Incorrect Address If the address that the customer provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to Sicurezza Trading by the carrier or by the unintended recipient. Please make sure you fill in the correct details during checkout before you ‘Complete’ your order. Illegible Shipping Label In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process. Failed Delivery Attempts Our carriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send you your package, and still failed to deliver after the third attempt, the carrier will then determine that the package is undeliverable. Your order/package will be returned to us.

What is the standard order fulfilment time?Metro Manila Areas : 3 to 5 business days (Sunday not included) Non- Metro Manila Areas : Includes Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao 5 to 10 business days (Sunday not included) In some instances, it may take longer and in this case, you will receive a text message or a phone call from one of our staff.
